1. Agreement and eligibility
These terms are an agreement between you and FUT Bunker. They apply whenever you create an account, use a service or place an order. If you disagree, do not use the services. Nothing here limits a statutory consumer right. You must meet the minimum age set by Discord, the app store and local law; a parent or guardian must approve use where required.
Keep account details truthful and credentials secure. Duplicate, shared, purchased or impersonated accounts must not be used to evade limits, obtain rewards or mislead us. Access can depend on Discord guild membership, roles, subscription status or a verified purchase.
1A. Boosting and temporary account access
A boosting customer must own the account or have its owner's clear authority. Account emails, passwords and fresh platform and EA backup codes must be supplied only through the paid order's Secure Account Handover, never through Discord or support. Submitting them authorises the assigned booster, and an authorised Owner where genuinely needed, to use them only to deliver or resolve that order. Every opening is recorded.
The booster records a proportionate starting and finishing account image. Credentials are permanently removed at completion. If opened credentials are returned with an order, they are destroyed and fresh details are required. Customers must change their password, review EA and platform security and create fresh backup codes immediately after completion. Unauthorised use, retention, disclosure or falsified evidence is a serious breach and may lead to immediate access removal, evidence preservation and proportionate reporting. Statutory rights and liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
2. Services, advice and orders
The description, price, tax, duration, delivery estimate and eligibility shown on the relevant page or checkout form part of an order. EA FC, squad, market, gameplay and tactic content is educational opinion—not financial advice or a promise of profit or performance. FUT Bunker is not Electronic Arts and is not endorsed by it.
An order is accepted after payment confirmation and our confirmation or delivery. We may cancel for an obvious pricing error, unavailability, failed verification, legal restriction or suspected fraud; money already taken for the cancelled item will be refunded. Stripe and Google Play terms also apply where they process payment.
3. Subscriptions, activation, cancellation and refunds
Renewal and billing terms are shown before purchase. Cancel through the payment provider used; cancellation normally stops the next renewal and does not automatically refund a supplied period.
At checkout, you may expressly ask for immediate digital access and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day cancellation right ends when supply begins. If you give that request and acknowledgement, the Activator's completed or activated status records that access or digital content has been supplied and the cancellation right ends at that point. Activation alone cannot replace the express consent and acknowledgement required by law.
For a service, requesting an early start can make a proportionate amount payable for work supplied before cancellation. The right ends only when the service is fully performed where the law permits and the required request and acknowledgement were given. Activation never removes remedies for anything faulty, misdescribed, undelivered or otherwise protected by law. Google may handle Google Play refunds; for web orders contact [email protected].
4. Loyalty points, rarity, credits and discounts
Bunker Points are loyalty points with no cash value. They are not money, cannot be withdrawn, sold or transferred, and cannot replace the minimum payment shown at checkout. Monthly progress resets on the published schedule. Rarity, staff and Discount Store rewards follow displayed eligibility, expiry, claim and non-stacking rules. Included Premium tactic credits do not stack.
We may correct errors and reverse benefits obtained through refunds, fake invites, duplicate accounts, manipulated activity, deleted rewarded reviews or abuse. We will not remove a valid benefit arbitrarily.
5. Giveaway rules
Every giveaway's published eligibility, dates, prize, response deadline and fulfilment rules form part of these terms. Checks can include guild membership, role, boost status and duration, BUNK server tag, monthly rarity and other stated requirements. Unless stated otherwise, one entry is allowed per eligible person.
Automated entries, duplicate identities, collusion, false eligibility or interference may lead to disqualification. We may redraw if a winner is ineligible, misses the stated response time or cannot lawfully receive the prize. A purchase does not improve winning chances unless expressly and lawfully stated. No cash alternative exists unless the giveaway says so.
6. Reviews, content and support
Only submit honest, lawful content you may share. You keep ownership and give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, format, moderate and display it as needed to run and promote services. Public reviews may show a server nickname or chosen name and the experience reviewed. Invalid or removed rewarded reviews may have points reversed and allowance restored.
Support cases can be synchronised between the app, Bunker Assistant DMs and restricted staff Discord forums. Threats, harassment, doxxing, malicious files or misuse can lead to case closure and account action.
7. Prohibited conduct
- No scraping, reverse engineering, probing, overloading, unauthorised automation or bypassing security, permissions, APIs or rate limits.
- No manipulation of invites, reviews, purchases, roles, rarity, entries, votes, learning progress or messages.
- No malware, infringement, resale of personal access, impersonation, unlawful conduct or attempts to access another person's data.
Report a vulnerability privately to [email protected] and stop testing.
8. Payment disputes and enforcement
Contact support first about an unfamiliar or incorrect charge. This does not remove the right to contact your bank, Google or payment provider. A knowingly false, duplicate or abusive dispute is a serious breach. We may suspend the affected account, contest the dispute with evidence, and revoke only unpaid or reversed entitlements and rewards.
Where lawful, the valid unpaid price and direct, reasonable costs caused by deliberate fraud or a dishonest dispute remain due. We impose no arbitrary fine and do not punish a genuine good-faith claim. Proportionate action can include warning, correction, disqualification, restriction, suspension, termination, evidence referral or legal action. Ask support for review of an account decision.
9. Ownership, availability and responsibility
FUT Bunker and licensors own the services, branding, software and original content. Your licence is personal, limited, revocable and non-transferable. We aim for reliable service but third-party platforms and outages can be outside our control. If a change materially harms a paid service, we provide any remedy required by law.
We never exclude liability where unlawful, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or statutory consumer rights. We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach or failure to use reasonable care, not loss caused by your breach, unauthorised sharing, an external failure outside reasonable control, or loss neither side could reasonably foresee.
10. Ending access, changes and law
You may stop using services and request deletion, but must cancel recurring billing separately. We may end access for material or repeated breach, fraud, safety risk, law or non-payment. We publish the date of revised terms and give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable; changes do not retrospectively remove accrued statutory rights.
