1. Cancellation rights
Most UK distance contracts begin with a 14-day cancellation period. How it applies depends on whether you buy digital content, immediate access, a service or a subscription. Nothing here removes a statutory remedy.
1A. Boosting services
If you expressly ask a boosting service to start during the cancellation period, a proportionate amount may be payable for work already supplied if you cancel before completion. The cancellation right ends after full performance only where the legal requirements are met. Claim, secure-handover access, starting evidence, finishing evidence and completion records may help establish what work was performed, but never remove remedies for faulty, misdescribed or carelessly supplied work.
2. Immediate activation
Before checkout you may actively request immediate supply and acknowledge that the 14-day cancellation right for digital content or access ends when supply begins. If both confirmations are given, the FUT Bunker Activator's completed or activated status records when access or digital content was supplied and the right ends at that point where law permits. Activation cannot replace the prior express request and acknowledgement; their version and time are kept with the transaction.
For a service, an early-start request can make a proportionate amount payable for work supplied before cancellation. The right ends only after full performance where the legal requirements are met.
3. Faulty, missing or misdescribed orders
Activation never removes rights when access or content is faulty, misdescribed, not delivered as agreed or otherwise fails consumer law. Email [email protected] with the order reference so we can investigate and provide the required remedy.
4. Subscriptions and providers
Cancellation normally stops the next renewal and does not automatically refund a supplied period. Cancel through the provider used to subscribe; deleting a FUT Bunker account does not cancel recurring billing. Google Play administers its purchases and some refund requests. Send Stripe or direct web-order questions to [email protected].
5. Refund outcome
Approved refunds return through the original payment route where practicable. Provider and bank processing times are outside our control. Refunded, reversed or unpaid orders may have their related access, points, credits or discount removed. Genuine statutory claims are never penalised.
